Your Tess Headley Fine Jewelry order will be processed upon credit card verification. Orders placed after 12 noon Pacific Standard Time on Friday, Holidays or on the weekend will begin processing the following business day. Taxes are subject to State laws. Orders may be shipped using UPS or Fed Ex. Second Day Delivery will usually arrive in two business days but is not guaranteed. International orders are subject to additional fees depending on destination country.

Return and Exchange Policy
Tess Headley Fine Jewelry is dedicated to providing you with an outstanding product. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the purchase date. Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories. Please contact us at 702-558-7266 and we will arrange for shipping at no charge to you. Once we are in receipt of the returned shipment, you will receive a confirmation email and your return will be processed.
